use case — whatsapp

Connect your WhatsApp. The agent answers from the first message.

liveYour number stays yours. Miira replies in your voice, asks what's missing, scores each lead and hands you the ones that matter — while you're with a client, or asleep.Running today on niiko's own WhatsApp number: the sales team answers its leads with this.

how it works

Step by step

  1. Connect the number

Log in with your Meta Business account and connect in two clicks. On any plan, Free included. If you would rather skip the popup, you can still connect your number with a Cloud API token.

    your number → niiko
  2. Teach the agent

Your business, your tone, your catalog and what a good lead looks like — from Settings → Agent, no code.

    one voice, yours
  3. It answers and scores

Every message gets a reply and every conversation gets a score. What it learned lands in the record, not in a chat you have to reread.

    record → new lead
  4. You step in

It hands off to a human when there's something to decide. Guardrails on by default: it doesn't promise what it can't.

    your time, for what matters
what you need

Before you start

  • A WhatsApp Business number (a new one, or one you already use with the Cloud API).
  • A Meta Business account. No paid plan required: the two clicks are on Free too.
plans

Free includes the agent and one number connected in two clicks, up to 50 new leads a month. Paid plans raise the caps and add modules and seats.

What it does NOT do yet

Said plainly

  • niiko doesn't run WhatsApp for you as a provider: the number and the Meta Business account stay yours.
  • One number isn't shared between businesses, and the agent doesn't send bulk campaigns without a template Meta approved.
