Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These Terms govern your use of niiko, operated by Vorluno. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if you’re signing up for a business, that business (“Customer”).
The service
niiko is a workspace platform: messaging (WhatsApp, email), CRM, scheduling, and AI-assisted features, sold as a subscription to businesses. Specific plans, pricing, and included features are described on our site and may change with notice.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data, and your responsibility for it
You (the Customer) remain responsible for the data you upload to niiko, including data about your own clients and contacts — you must have the legal right and any required consent to process it, and to communicate with them through the channels you connect (see the WhatsApp section below). We process that data on your instructions, under our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
WhatsApp Business Platform — specific terms
If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account to niiko:
- You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, including opt-in requirements before messaging any contact for marketing purposes.
- You are billed by Meta directly for your own WhatsApp usage. niiko does not resell WhatsApp messaging and is not a party to your billing relationship with Meta.
- You’re responsible for the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number you connect — niiko does not own or control it, and disconnecting it in niiko does not delete it from Meta’s systems.
- Meta may review, restrict, or ban a phone number or WhatsApp Business Account for policy violations, independent of anything niiko does. We’re not responsible for Meta’s enforcement decisions.
Payment terms
Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the current billing period. Trial terms, where offered, are disclosed at signup.
Acceptable use
You won’t use niiko to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; to violate Meta’s or any other connected platform’s policies; for any prohibited or restricted business category of our payment processor; or to violate applicable law (including anti-spam law like CAN-SPAM and Panama’s Law 81 for cold outreach).
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
Intellectual property
We own niiko’s software, design, and branding. You own the content and data you put into it. We don’t claim ownership of your data, and we don’t use it to train models we don’t control (see Privacy Policy, AI section).
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
niiko is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel anytime; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law (including Meta’s policies, where relevant to WhatsApp use).
Changes to these Terms
We’ll notify you of material changes before they take effect.
