// niima — proposals & contracts

live — in production

From the yes to the signature, without printing anything.

The proposal is built from your own catalogue and your client reads it on their phone. When they accept, the contract goes out for signature on that same record — so what was agreed and what gets charged can’t drift apart.

the day it goes wrong

The agreement lives in three files and one person’s memory.

The quote went out as a PDF. The client asked for two changes over WhatsApp, so you sent a second PDF. The contract is a document someone printed, signed, photographed at an angle and sent back. When the invoice comes, nobody is sure which of the three versions is the one that counts.

what it does

One path from the quote to the signature.

// Every line below is running in production today.

  • Proposals built from your own catalogue — the same one the agent quotes from, so a price never contradicts itself
  • Sections you write once and reuse, and lines you add or drop until it fits the budget
  • Your client opens it from their phone with a link, and accepts or declines right there
  • Contracts from your own templates, with the signers you name
  • A signing ceremony in the browser: they read the document, type their name and sign — no printer, no photo
  • You countersign, and the signed version becomes the version, with its own PDF
  • A contract that has to change becomes a new version; the old one is voided with a reason, never deleted

what it’s wired to

Contracts are not a second product.

// Proposal and contract are one route inside Niima — splitting them would make you reconnect by hand what is a single journey.

The client record

Every proposal hangs off the client the CRM already knows — the same one Miira opened when they first wrote.

Your catalogue

The proposal is built from the same catalogue the WhatsApp agent quotes from. One list of prices, not two that drift.

The money

A signed contract can be set to invoice, on the same double-entry ledger Kiipu collects against.

which plan

Niima ships with Scale.

The plans split by which stretch of the funnel they close end to end — Starter answers, Growth gets paid, Scale delivers. Quoting and signing is where Scale begins, alongside Fiilz and Riinda.

What it does NOT do yet

What is running today, and what is not:

  • Running in production: proposals with catalogue lines, the client’s public decision, contract templates, the signing ceremony with its PDF, countersigning, versions and voiding with a reason.
  • Contracts are not a separate module. They are the second half of this one — same navigation, same record.
  • An accepted proposal does not open the project in Fiilz on its own yet — you open it.
  • It is not a legal service. The templates are yours, and so is what they say.

// what happens after the signature

Signed is where the work starts.

Fiilz takes it from there: the pieces, their versions, and the client approving what you deliver — on the same client record.
