Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free is a real plan, not a trial: your own WhatsApp number connected with a token, the agent, the CRM, AI included, up to 50 new leads a month, the API and the MCP — for one person, with no card and no expiry. What it doesn't have: the two-click WhatsApp connection, the other modules, and more than one seat.
What happens when Free runs out?
Nothing disappears. When the month's 50 leads are used up, the ones you create by hand, import or send from your web form wait until the first of next month — anyone who writes to your WhatsApp still gets in and gets answered. Move to Answer and the cap is gone the same day.
Do you promise results?
No. We answer for attracting, qualifying and booking — that part is ours and it is measurable. Closing depends on your team, your price and your offer, and anyone who promises you a number for that is selling you something else.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay Meta directly for your own ads, with your own account — we never touch that money and we don’t mark it up. Same with WhatsApp messaging: your own Business number, billed by Meta.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Moving up takes effect right away. Moving down never deletes your data — nothing gets deleted, ever.
What if my team outgrows a plan’s seats?
Collect and Deliver let you add seats as you go ($15 and $12/seat). Answer is capped at 3 seats — you’ll need to move up when you outgrow it.
Do you store my card?
No. Billing runs through PayPal — niiko never sees or stores your card number.
