// iiko — what the company says out loud

live · publishing to your site

Nothing goes out without a signature.

Write it once, see exactly how it will read on each channel, and let the person who should approve it be the one who presses send.

the day it goes wrong

The post went out. Nobody remembers approving it.

Announcements get written in one place, pasted into another and adapted by whoever happens to be free. By the time something goes out wrong — the old price, a client named before the deal closed — there is no record of who said yes, or to what exact words.

what it does

One text, every channel, one signature.

// Every line below is running in production today.

  • Write the announcement once; each channel gets its own version, and you see the final text before anything leaves
  • Sending to signature FREEZES the exact words per channel, so what gets approved is what gets published
  • The permission is checked when it is SIGNED, not when it is drafted — minutes or hours apart, and roles change in between
  • Publishing to your own site: the entry goes live with its date and its link
  • A calendar with a publishing window, so a draft cannot slip out at three in the morning
  • Reach: what was published, what was visited, and which clients came from it

what it's wired to

From the post to the client, without retyping anything.

// The announcement stops being a dead end and becomes the first step of the funnel.

Your site

A published entry is a real page with its own URL — not a screenshot of a post that lives somewhere else.

The CRM and Miira

Reach ties what you published to the visits it brought and the clients that came out of them. The client data is gated: not every role sees it.

which plan

Iiko comes with the paid plans.

Free does not include it. It ships with the paid tiers, together with the rest of the workspace.

What it does NOT do yet

// What is built and what is not, in the same sentence:

  • X and LinkedIn are written, tested and wired — and they do not publish yet, because the apps are not registered with either platform. The moment those credentials exist, the same signature flow reaches both.
  • There is no metrics dashboard per post beyond reach: no impressions, no engagement. Those live in each platform and we do not pull them.

// next

The announcement is where the funnel starts.

What you publish brings visits, and those visits become leads. Miira is the module that catches them and tells you which ones are worth your afternoon.
