Set up the miira agent

Miira answers and qualifies your inbound WhatsApp and email leads. You configure it yourself — no engineer, no ticket — and you test it in a sandbox before you turn anything on.

before you start

What this guide covers.

// Miira is niiko's inbound agent: it answers and qualifies leads that write to you.

This guide is about configuring Miira and testing it. It's the same agent that qualifies niiko's own leads over WhatsApp today. Everything below is done from settings — no code.

Connecting your own WhatsApp Business number already works via a System User token (today for internal use); the public self-serve flow is pending Meta's App Review. Miira runs today on niiko's own connected number.

no code required

The nine areas you configure.

// Nine areas you edit yourself — no engineer, no ticket.

  • Persona — how the agent introduces itself and talks
  • Qualifying questions — what it asks, and in what order
  • Knowledge — what it's allowed to answer from
  • Funnel stages — the lifecycle it moves a lead through
  • Responses — the exact copy it can send
  • Escalation rules — when and how it hands off to a human
  • AI budget — a cap on what the agent is allowed to spend
  • Hours — when it's allowed to reply
  • Behavior — the boundaries it operates inside

test first

Try the agent before you turn it on.

// Nothing is published while you test.

Before you turn anything on, you can test the agent in a real sandbox — the same reasoning it uses live, with nothing published yet. Adjust the persona, the questions or the knowledge, and try the conversation again until it behaves the way you'd answer.

once it's live

What Miira does with each lead.

// Every inbound conversation follows the same lifecycle. Miira never invents a step — and it never finishes the last one alone.

01

Receive & reply

A lead writes on your WhatsApp number. Miira answers immediately, in the voice you configured — day or night.

02

Score

Every answer adds a tracked signal. The lead's score updates as the conversation moves.

03

Suggest

Miira suggests moving the lead to qualified — it never decides that on its own.

04

Escalate

A hot lead is handed to a human by email, with the full conversation attached.

What this guide doesn’t cover

Miira is live, but it isn't finished. What this guide doesn't cover, because it isn't built yet:

  • Outbound campaigns. The audience wizard, the sequence engine and Meta template sync are in build — not available yet.
  • Long-term memory across conversations. Designed, not built.
  • AI-assisted reading of attachments. Designed, not built — and gated behind a legal decision on data retention.
  • Self-serve connection of your own WhatsApp number. It already works via a System User token (internal today); the public self-serve flow is pending Meta's App Review.
  • Pricing or signup. There's nothing to pay for yet.
